This week’s guest is Lorraine Wrafter, a Global Chief People/Talent Officer who, throughout her career, has worked in large multi-national organisations such as Cargill Incorporated, one of the largest privately-owned companies in the world, and LafargeHolcim, a Swiss building materials company. Lorraine has also been involved, throughout her career, in a broad range of global Human Resource roles, including being the VP of Human Resources for a start-up in the financial markets and being the director of HR for Cargill. Currently, Lorraine is a freelance consultant and works on different projects such as Organisation Transformation, Culture, Team Effectiveness, Business Planning and Coaching for different companies around the world. James sits down with Lorraine to discuss her career with all its changes and challenges and how she overcame them.
