In Episode 10 of The Steak Lad Experience, I was joined by my long time friend Michael Glasser, the man behind “Munching with Mentors.”
Myself and Michael met at a birthday party and he has been a massive inspiration behind the podcast platform I have started.
Our brief encounter roughly 10 years ago was at a time when he was running “The Hamburgler” Instagram page which was one of Melbourne’s most well known Burger pages at the time… as we touched on in our discussion I couldn’t actually believe I met him!!!
We spoke about his goals for his Munching with Mentors platform, learnings from over 20 interviews in 100 days, finding his purpose and the continual journey towards finding the best version of himself.
We also touched on some challenging periods of his life to date and how he overcame what he described as "rock bottom".
This was an insightful episode for anyone who is also unsure about the journey they are on and highlighted the importance of living in the moment.
