In Episode 16 of The Steak Lad Experience, I had the pleasure of chatting to one of the all time great men, Connor Sahely.
Connor is the brains behind the Oliver's Hill Run Club and the Cold Water Club, two community clubs located in Frankston and inspired by his previous mental battles.
We spoke about the ability to show up on a daily basis, the motivation behind his support for women’s safety, his love for daily suffering, the privilege of discipline as well as the power of perspective and much more.
This was one of the my favourite conversations I have ever had with anyone and is a reminder to appreciate and take for granted the small things in life.
To have the chance to sit down with someone like Connor is an honour… My platform has afforded me many good things but nothing is more special to me than conversations like this one.
