In Episode 24 of The Steak Lad Experience, I had the pleasure of speaking with Majak Daw.
Majak Daw is a former AFL player footballer who played for the North Melbourne/Melbourne football clubs between 2011 and 2020.
Anyone listening will likely know that Majak been through a number of eye opening mental health battles, which he was grateful enough to provide an insight to during our discussion.
We also touched on the immense love he has for his child Hendrix, the power of practicing gratitude, what he misses most looking back on his AFL career, his ongoing journey to finding his purpose and much more.
Funnily enough I am a North Melbourne tragic and have fond memories of the great man tearing it up in his prime, so to have the chance to sit down with Majak a real treat!!!
