In Episode 36 of The Steak Lad Experience, I sat down with Melbourne real estate agent and bodybuilder Kylah Fruend.
Kylah and I encountered each other by chance earlier in the year through the world of real estate. Following this encounter, we connected on Instagram and after a few days I was immediately taken aback by her mindset, work ethic and discipline (at the time she was preparing for a bodybuilding competition).
During our discussion we touched on how she managed to balance a full time job as a real estate and prepare for a bodybuilding competition, why she is so excited by the path she is on, her journey towards being the Number 1 sales agent in Narre Warren, the motivation behind her incredible mindset, the mental roadblocks she faced following her recent bodybuilding competition and much more.
