In Episode 7 of The Steak Lad Experience, I was joined by Melbourne Real Estate Agent and Bodybuilder John Gorman, otherwise known as Johnny Starr.
John was gracious enough to sit down with me despite a full day of open for inspections prior to our discussion, for which I was very grateful.
An icon in the Australian bodybuilding social media scene, we spoke about his goal of making his company Never Home a globally recognised brand, the passion he has for bodybuilding, his eye opening mental health battles and the downsides of social media influence.
To say that John has been through it all during his 35 years on this earth is genuinely an understatement, however I am convinced the path he is currently on will change the lives of millions worldwide.
