In this episode of The Mystic Feminine Fertility Podcast, I share my personal journey with yoga—how it started, how it evolved, and how it continues to shape my life.
From my first yoga class in sixth grade to reluctantly practicing meditation as part of my high school volleyball training, I initially thought yoga was lame. But over time, my perspective shifted. In college, I rediscovered yoga as a fitness tool, and that path eventually led me to the Soulwork Jungle Ashram in Costa Rica, where I completed my 200-hour teacher training and fell in love with the philosophy behind the practice.
My journey didn’t stop there—I traveled and taught yoga worldwide before deepening my studies at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in India. Now, I teach and live in Raleigh, where I get to share what I’ve learned in new and meaningful ways.
Yoga has been a constant in my life, unfolding in unexpected ways, and I’m forever grateful for its wisdom. Tune in to hear my full story and reflect on how yoga has shaped your own path.
