In this episode Deja and I debate for an HOUR about how we agree/disagree with prenups and the issue of separation/divorce. I speak on the following issues:
1. What does marriage mean to you?
2. Would you waive/agree to asking for spousal support, alimony or an inheritance?
3. Would you split community property.
4. Would you sign a contract your spouse gave you without reading it or are you going to speak with an attorney before signing anything?
5. Legal separation or divorce; you can only pick one.
6. Sunset clause: Is it fair or is it uncalled for?
7. Outside spending on an outside relationship.
I will make reference to certain public divorces and certain issues that I am familiar with in America, I am not familiar with many international issues so I am sorry for the international listeners lol. I am speaking on American Family Court laws I can't speak for other countries since I have never lived outside of America. We also talk about how we would approach a separation from a rich spouse versus how we would approach a separation if WE were the breadwinners.
