Born in 1732 John Dickinson was an American Founding Father, lawyer and politician, he was often referred to as the " Penman of the Revolution". He was the author of the Letters from a Farmer in Pennsylvania. A delegate to the first and second continental congress. He Also helped draft the Olive Brance Petition in 1775 in hopes to prevent war against Britain.
