At the time of this recording much of the south is covered in snow, millions of people are without power, Texas representatives are pointing the finger wherever they can to shift the blame away from their own poorly maintained infrastructures, and utility companies are under fire for initiating rolling blackouts which will leave residents without heat for periods of time. But Rush Limbaugh is dead and that's something to celebrate!
