Jesus words are trustworthy and true. So many prophesies that God spoke through the prophets of the Old Testament came true. Jesus told us was going to die and rise again, and he did. Jesus also told us that he's there to help us to lighten our burdens. All we need to do is ask him in prayer. There are many verses that talk about eating healthy. So I believe as long as we are praying in God's will that he will answer our prayers and I've experienced it myself. It may not happen as quickly as we'd like, but it will happen. So keep praying!
