Craig Khan is a practitioner who refers to himself as a 'Quantum Alchemist.' Whitewood-Khan conducts online sessions called Quantum Jumping, which he claims can help individuals retrieve aspects of themselves and pursue a more purposeful life. He discusses concepts such as potential energy versus kinetic energy, describing alchemy as the process of converting potential into tangible outcomes and bringing unconscious material to awareness. He suggests that learning experiences or focused reflection can lead to creative insights or actions.
According to Whitewood-Khan, participants in his sessions often report gaining new perspectives or realizations. He asserts that through these practices, individuals may feel they have reconnected with aspects of themselves and can integrate these experiences to achieve their goals. Whitewood-Khan characterizes this process as manifesting a way of being, rather than physical objects, by exploring and integrating different facets of the self. He frames this journey as one of self-discovery that aims to help people move beyond individual and ancestral traumas, using metaphoric language to describe personal growth.
