Seta MacCrory is the Founder and CEO of SubstiTooth Fairy Dental Staffing Service, a trailblazing company she launched in 2008 to bring flexible, reliable staffing solutions to dental practices. A proud first-generation Armenian-American, Seta became the first in her family to graduate college, earning her degree in Dental Hygiene from Harcum College before gaining hands-on experience in over 100 practices.
In 2018, after the birth of her second child, she left clinical work to pursue entrepreneurship full-time, determined to build a business that offered freedom, impact and the ability to be a more present parent.
Today, SubstiTooth Fairy has grown into a thriving network of 800+ dental professionals and 600+ partner practices across PA, DE, MD, and NJ, earning awards such as Small Business of the Year and the SCORE Award.
Beyond business, Seta is a SCORE mentor, community volunteer, and advocate for women and families. She lives in Media, PA, with her husband, two children, and their pups.
