Nicki is a busy mom juggling one child who is still at home, and two thriving businesses. She's the Founder of Wellspring Business Solutions, a digital marketing agency she launched in 2016 to empower small businesses with stronger online visibility.
Nicki recently doubled down on her entrepreneurial spirit by co-founding Lake Country Repair and Renovate with her husband.
Nicki believes in the power of building a fulfilling career alongside raising a family. She cherishes the freedom and flexibility that self-employment offers, allowing her to be there for her family's milestones while pursuing her passions. With a son who will soon be a senior in high school and a 28-year-old daughter (and son-in-law too!) Nicki exemplifies the art of balancing family and achieving success on her own terms.
