Allie Mazza is a badass mother hustler to her adorable 3 year old son and has been working in senior living and care for 15 years, after accidentally finding a passion for the older adult population in college.
Today, Allie runs her business and balances motherhood with her 3 year old in tow. You can regularly find Allie and Joey visiting communities together through their intergenerational programs.
Allie is a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner, and is passionate about educating families and organizations about best practices in Dementia Care.
Beyond helping families navigate the options for their loved ones, Allie is also focused on supporting caregivers to approach the conversations and decisions with tact, empathy, and creativity.
