Allow Yourself to Begin Your Healing Journey...
Hey girl! Today on the podcast we are talking about allowing yourself to begin your healing journey!
Know that healing is a radical act of self love and you deserve it. There may be a few factors that are holding you back like time, feeling selfish, and money... However, I will touch in this episode how you can get past those limiting beliefs and start healing!
Here are the 3 steps that allow you to begin your healing journey:
1. Make an agreement with yourself to start healing
(If it helps write down WHY you need to heal and WHO this will help)
2. Take time each day to practice something that helps you heal
(Start SMALL by doing just ONE thing daily to build your confidence and get you started!)
3. Find the right help for you!
(Is it a new doctor, a lifestyle coach, or going back to counseling? You decide and get that help girl!)
We cannot wait to take this journey with you in the coming weeks! We will discuss on Mondays the different types of trauma and on Wednesdays we will talk all the practical steps and overcoming trauma! This is going to be an awesome month! Thank you for being here love!
