The Worcester Red Sox had a battle on hand against Rochester, ultimately going 3-2 from last Wednesday. The bats are heating up, especially Nick Sogard, Niko Kavadas, Chase Meidroth and new addition Nick Yorke was an added spark.
Uwasawa, Wicnkowski and Alexander logged wins pitching strong. Unfortunately, fan and broadcast favorite Big Richard "Dickie" Fitts took a loss after a tough outing. However, we are his biggest fans and Mr. Fitts is number one in our hearts. We know he will rebound and rise to the occasion.
Worcester ended up going 3-3 against Buffalo which we will discuss on next weeks show. They improved significantly after struggling against the Bisons all season
