Description

Hello there!

Laura Michelle (@lauramichelle_713) joins me in this episode to chat about her experience as a disability advocate living with an SCI injury originally from a cheerleading accident in 2003.

I really enjoyed chatting with Laura about her journey especially adaptive tools and her humorous approach to life’s hurdles! She shares details on caregiving, family support, and staying active! It was fun to share some of our music concert meet and greet opportunities as well! 😊

This week’s episode is in my bio! As always, thank you so much to everyone who listens, follows, shares and interacts with my content and a huge shoutout to the amazing guests who take time to come on my podcast. In the next episode, I am joined by John Calabrese (@breezytrailhead) and Donald Harms (@donaldgrantharms)!

If you or anyone you know are interested in making a guest appearance please send me a message!

Your friendly neighborhood PhD 💙
