Happy Thursday! I’m excited to have Shaniece on today’s episode of the Tye-Pod! Shaniece is a nurse from Canada who has experience on the Covid front line in addition to maternity and IVF clinics. First off, I am always happy to find a fellow Swiftie to talk to about Taylor’s extensive music library. The conversation between the two of us was enjoyable and eye opening!
Shaniece is the first nurse I have talked with as a podcast guest and her perspective is so valuable! I know from my own situation that it is easy to resent nurses due to some traumatic experiences. In reality, there are many nurses who are empathetic and caring with patients.
I strongly feel that the only way to improve medical experiences is to truly work together and see both sides. We need to have calm, open conversations with one another about how we can improve interactions in a place that can be traumatic. I hope this episode resonates with you all!
