Welcome to Week 1 Day 1 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!

The focus of this week is to spend these 7 days getting you grounded and setting your intentions for the challenge.

We *could* start off by asking, "What is the transformation you're looking for?" and "Who would you like to become at the end of the 100 days?" — which are good thoughts to process overtime and have set as a north star for the 100 days.

For this week, though, I want you to also think about your intentions and 1 goal for the first 30 DAYS.

This challenge is supposed to show you that setting intentions take time, increasing self-awareness takes time, transformation is never overnight, and giving yourself grace and patience will always be rewarding.

The only immediate homework today is to make sure you have a journal and a pen. No phones. No laptops.
