Welcome to Day 28 of the 100 Days of SHIFT Challenge!

The focus of this week was SELF-COMPASSION. We brought some clarity to what self-compassion means and can look like for each of you, how it can serve you personally and professionally, how it can actually be a tool for excellence, high-performance, and perseverance, along with self-love and self-care.

HOW WAS IT THIS WEEK? I hope this week felt like a big, warm hug for you.

I tried slowing it down so that it's an easy listen after the previous weeks of much more practical, strategic, skill-building episodes.
