In April of 1946, the dismembered torso of a Caucasian woman was discovered wrapped and floating in the Willamette River. Over the next serval months, additional burlap wrapped parcels were found floating in the Willamette and Clackamas River containing additional dismembered body parts. 78 years later, Jane Doe’s identity is still a mystery, so is the truth behind her horrific torture and murder.
