For your rest day today, I invite you to go do something fun that you enjoy and notice how when you get caught up enjoying life, thoughts, fears, and worries about food go away. You still want to pay attention to hunger and fullness but instead of purposefully waiting to get hungry, you will naturally just notice when the stomach rumbles. That is your cue, your signal to take a break and go eat soon. Then go back to enjoying what you were doing if you wish.
