Today we are excited to share an episode featuring Dr. Mary Whipple. Dr. Whipple is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, with an expertise in Gerontology. In this episode, she describes what led her to be interested in the field of aging, as well as her current research which focuses on the causes and consequences of sedentary behavior among older adults.
