Overtraining and being incredibly restrictive with your approach to eating is often celebrated as being "disciplined" and "working hard".

But, it can also be symbolic of a deeper rooted issue.

This week on the podcast, I sat down with the incredible Sean Blake. Sean is a Dubliner, husband and father of four children who has had an incredible journey.

Sean is currently in recovery from anorexia nervosa, and features in the RTÉ documentary "Anorexia & My Family".
