Shane is a wealth of knowledge in this area (much to his disdain!), as he works primarily with women who have a history of slimming club experience and now want to find peace with food and their bodies.
Shane also runs the Shane Walsh Podcast, which is one of Ireland's leading health and fitness podcasts (and got Michelle through most of lockdown!).
