With an emerging body of research to suggest that gay men are at elevated risk of disordered eating and body image concerns, there has never been more need for us to break the stigma around male body image and disordered eating. Disordered eating and body image affect everyone regardless of gender (#equality), but men are often left to struggle in silence.

This week, Michelle sat down with Jack Burton to discuss how his coaching is helping men overcome their body image issues. Jack is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist, and also holds an MSc in Sports Nutrition.
