Holly is a nutrition coach and fellow psychology nerd, who specialises in combat sport nutrition. She holds an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience and her research interests centre around athletic body image and the influences on same.
We discussed everything from how body image issues present differently in athletes, supporting athletes and their relationship with food and the challenges of keeping a positive body image when you're required to cut weigh to compete.
