In this week's episode, Chloe is joined by Colls Pryer, a pre and post-natal exercise specialist and an absolute powerhouse!

Colls takes us through her journey from a PT who thought she had all postpartum women figured out by sticking her fingers in their ab gap to literally changing women's lives and teaching them how to lift heavy and get super strong without pelvic floor symptoms holding them back.

Colls looks beyond the pelvic floor and includes biomechanics, breathing techniques and foot position, to name a few things, in her practice.

I learnt so much in our conversation, and I can't wait to see what Colls does at the Pioneer Performance International Women's Day Workshop on 8th March 2025.
