In today’s episode, “Grass Waterers, Pollinators, & Seed Throwers,” we will dig into the dirt of life and discuss the importance of understanding your current role, frequency, and energy in your own life.
We have all heard the saying that the grass grows where you water it. There is such value in our daily life to water our own grass, to tend to our needs. And at the same time, we can be accused of being selfish for focusing only on
ourselves. Today, we will discuss the fragile balance between focusing on yourself and being of service to others.
Harmony must exist in the roles we carry in our daily lives. Pollinators are nurturers and are of service to others while the Seed Throwers are finding small ways to make the world better for all. We are all three. In the same day. But there must be a balance, and it is a delicate dance understanding how to show up in our own lives without draining ourselves.
When you finish listening, you will have a better understanding…of the three different roles we play in our lives and how to create a harmonious balance between tending to your own needs, serving others, and making a lasting contribution to the world.
