Grief is an unwelcome guest who we all find ourselves greeting. She shows up in many forms, wears many masks, disguises her voice. Makes us question everything. Grief
is awkward and heavy. She is unsettling and forever shapeshifting before our eyes.
The moment grief knocks, we have a choice. It is in this singular moment that we determine whether we will be sitting in grief’s anguish and chaos or if we will be sitting with grief and befriending her presence.
When you finish listening, you will have a better understanding…of how to greet grief with gratitude. You will learn the four steps in greeting grief and choose how this new guest takes up space in your heart and mind.
