selves when we are able to ground ourselves in the present.
Authenticity requires radical self-acceptance and courage. It is the creating a foundation based on your core values and then instilling boundaries to protect them.
Using a table as a metaphor for authenticity, we ultimately determine not only how the table is built but also what is served and who is welcome.
