we all know what it's like to lose sight of our goals, + run out of that goood ol' motivation fuel. I created this episode to help you (+ me) recognize some of the different ways I can personally notice that I'm losing my grip on the emotional responsibility it takes to keep my ship afloat. it's TOTALLY NORMAL to have ebbs + flows in your day-to-day life, but the challenge is learning to ride the waves, + hop back on when we fall off, rather than just jumping ship to bail on the getting-back-on part of it all.
