Octavia SoulSista Cohen is an Alopecia Advocate who I met on Facebook. Not only is she an advocate for alopecia she's a jewelry designer, a writer and model.
My first encounter with her I remember was during the time she created a calendar for Alopecia Awareness month and she asked me to send her a picture of myself in blue. To my surprise I made the cut and my picture was in the calendar. Thank you OctaviaThen I found out she made jewelry. All her accessories are handmade and painted. I guarantee you have a piece that no one has even seen before. They are unique like Octavia.
Octavia stated that as a young child she enjoyed writing poems and has written several books that can be found on Amazon.
What I loved about her is her drive to have a passion that's not work but enjoyable.
She is passion driven and I celebrate her this Black History Month.
