Former Wood Archbishop High School Alums, Ryan Bates and Colin Thompson sat down to talk about everything from being a collegiate athlete and transitioning to a professional athlete, Ryan's tattoo sleeve and some of the meanings behind them, to Ryan and Colin's workout and food regimen in the off-season.
Ryan played his College Football at Penn State University where he blocked for one of the best players in the NFL, Saquon Barkley. He then went on to play for the Philadelphia Eagles and after his first preseason game, he was traded to the Buffalo Bills where Ryan has called home for the past two seasons
