Pitmaster and BBQ legend Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right joins Not For Long Media this week.

Based in Hernado, Mississippi, just south of Memphis, TN, Mr. BBQ has spent his life developing new recipes and cooking with fire and flame. Not only does he spend his time over fire and flame, he travels the country competing in country cooking competitions as Killer Hogs, and teaching BBQ classes and sharing his runs and sauces.
