Description

Derrick McManus was a member of the Australian Special forces and tells his story of being on deaths door, and in those moments, using what he now calls the Human Durability Model ™. Derrick now teaches the methods that saved his life to others.
"After being shot 14 times with a high-powered rifle and lying on the ground for three hours before rescue, the thoughts that went through my mind were completely different than what you might think. I developed the Human Durability Model ™ as a tool to help guide individuals and organizations to move beyond resilience in order to proactively create outcomes by design."
