Saboteurs are learned stories that we create in our heads as a result of our lived experiences, and they can influence our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Everyone has saboteurs, and it's important to become aware of them in order to change our behavior and feel more empowered. Some common saboteur personas include the perfectionist, people pleaser, martyr, controller, victim, and judge. Saboteurs are rooted in fear and the belief that our needs won't be met.
