In this episode, I open up about the big shift I’ve made in my own nutrition journey, bringing whole food carbs back into my diet while still remaining extremely low-carb.

For years, keto and carnivore served a massive purpose in my recovery from food addiction, disordered eating, and even other health challenges. Those approaches gave me the structure and healing I needed during a critical time in my life.

But as I’ve stepped into training harder and focusing on my athletic performance and energy, I realized something needed to change. Staying low-carb works for me, but now I also make room for strategic whole food carbs to support recovery, performance, and sustainable energy.

The truth is—there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to nutrition. It’s about individuality, listening to your body, and honoring your specific needs in each season of life. It’s time to break free from the stigma and dogma around diet labels and lean into what actually works for you.
