Synopsis:
At her church's women's event, Linnea had the privilege to share about the hope we find in feasting together. Why does a feast matter?
While sharing her story of loss, Linnea shares how God uses feasts to instill in us hope. With the holidays upon us, this is a timely word to encourage those who are walking into the season with heartache. You don't have to sit alone or suffer silently while people are missing from the table.
It's also a reminder that our hope is ultimately in the One who plans the greatest feast to come where there will be no more pain and no more sorrow!
In this episode you will hear:
- A fun food experience while in Ghana visiting Touch a Life
- Linnea's miscarriage story
- We are not alone though we may feel like it
- To embrace hope as we attend each feast
Resources mentioned:
- Jantsen's Gift by Pam Cope
