The first guest on the podcast!
Sam and I connected through some mutual connections, and he was interested in starting his own podcast. I thought...why not be on mine to help you get going?!
Sam is based out of Staffordshire, England. It was great to connect with someone who shares many of my philosophies as a health coach, but takes a bit of a different approach to helping people.
Stay tuned to the end of the podcast...Sam quizzed me on British colloquialisms to see if I knew what they meant. I was definitely stumped!
