Allegra Ludwig is a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), musician, actor, and blogger who is passionate about helping others find their voice—whether in communication, creativity, or everyday life. She is the founder of Cadence Speech Therapy, a solo practice based in Boulder, Colorado, specializing in stuttering and speech sound disorders. Allegra holds a BA in Linguistics from Duke University and an MA in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), is a Partner SLP at Myspeech, serves on the advisory board of SPACE (Stuttering, People, Arts, Community, Education), is co-director of the Colorado Speaks Camp for Adolescents Who Stutter, and holds the Ally of Stuttering™ Seal from Spero Stuttering, Inc. A classically trained violinist and lifelong performer, Allegra is co-owner and co-founder of Front Range Strings, plays fiddle in the Irish band Banthom House, and appears regularly as an actor and musician on stages throughout Colorado. She is professionally represented by Radical Artists Agency. Her work as an SLP centers on supporting people who stutter in building confidence, connection, and life engagement through joy in speaking.
