2023 Summer Internship Program(SIP) participants share their stories about their experiences, work, and learned lessons while spending their summer interning at the Alliance. They also share how the internships aligned with their career goals and aspirations, and whether their expectations were met, in terms of learning and professional development opportunities. How challenges or obstacles were addressed, gained skills and knowledge and beneficial learning opportunities, how the internship contributed to their personal and professional growth, and the approach to diversity and inclusion based on their experience as an intern were all vital parts of this discussion that the interns touched on while sharing their stories.
