In this episode, I meet with James Hansen a Specialist Addictions Therapist and ADHD Life Coach.
James own journey from addiction and finding himself in a rehabilitation process at a young age, provided him with a passion for helping others on their own recovery journeys.
He later supported his daughter with her ADHD diagnosis, and in providing that support, learned of his own ADHD status. This has provided James with lived experience of the connection between addiction and ADHD.
It’s this experience which has driven James to transform this journey, into the innovative services he offers to clients in rehabilitation and recovery support centres, and via private practice.
