Why move at all? Isn’t lying down not an option? Are you burdened by the “new year, new me” slogan?

For a lot of us, workouts feel like punishment for what we ate yesterday. But what if movement isn’t about fixing your body or chasing a look but about becoming someone who takes care of their future self.

In this episode, I sat down with my coach Aboo, a fitness coach and certified nutritionist.

He shared how we ought to reframe working out as a gift, not a guilt trip. Not aesthetics and not punishment. But the identity of energy and longevity.
