What's up fellow hustlers. Ok, so this week I want to dive in to the three I's in the dieting industry: Intermittent Fasting, Intuitive Eating and IIFYM.
In this episode I will explain what all three are as simply as I can so you can fully understand what you are signing up to or getting yourself into when you hear each of these three names.
It's no lie that I have used all three at different stages in my fitness journey and career. So, today I want to clear up for you exactly what each one is, how it can be used and WHO should use it WHEN.
There is so much confusion out there still. Whilst I feel I shout daily 'calorie deficit' for weight loss, sometimes, people just need some other things to focus on or tools from the toolbox to keep them going.
