As a guidance and counselling student, Lola understands the negative impact of sexual harassment on the mental health of women, and feels the need to speak up on the lack of support for students in Nigerian universities. Being in a UK university, there is substantial amount of regard for your mental health and welbeing, but this isn't the case in Nigeria. Yes, one of her lecturers failed her in an exam because she refused to have sex with him, and what was his punishment?? Absolutely nothing! Disgusting behaviours like this shouldn't go unpunished.
