In the whirlwind of our daily lives, it's so easy to get caught up in a constant state of busyness, stress, and feeling disconnected from ourselves. We're always rushing from one thing to the next, our minds spinning with to-do lists and worries. And our bodies tend to hold all that tension and tightness.
That's why for today's practice, I want us to slow things down and remember what it feels like to truly inhabit our bodies.
