Jo works closely with Sarah and TNB to ensure she is training her apprentices in the correct way. An apprenticeship equips learners with valuable work experience and a qualification, they will also acquire and develop a range of ‘soft skills’ to accelerate their career. These soft skills are just as important as technical skills, they enhance the way apprentices interact with their managers, co-workers and clients. Jo teaches her apprentices the skills they need to work in a professional setting.
