Understanding the core values of the organisation is a key factor in working as a team with the same goals and aims. You must have systems and tools in place to monitor progress and educate on how to deal with negative feedback as this is where we learn the most. 

 

Customers remember how you made them feel, so we want our customers to leave our business with the best experience they’ve ever had. Knowing your client is key as it will allow you to make decisions and give advice that will benefit them so they get the best service.
